You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product(s).
You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. If you have opted for a more expensive method of delivery instead of the standard delivery, we will only reimburse the shipping costs of the standard delivery. The costs for returning from your home to the web store are for your own account.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product(s) with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to us.
To exercise this right you can contact us via customer service, or send us an email (info@exhaustcity.net). In the e-mail, at least state your name, address, order number, date of receipt and product number(s) / product description. You can also fill in and return the model withdrawal form (pdf).
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product(s) has already been received in good order.
