Cancel Order

Do you want a different product or have you ordered the wrong item? You can cancel your order as long as your order is not yet packed. You must contact our customer service for this. He can then cancel your order. Please note: you cannot cancel a cancellation. If you wish to order after cancellation, you must place a new order. You can do this very easily via your personal account page.

If your order has already been packaged and sent, you can no longer cancel it. You can still return it after receipt.
