Can I also place an order as a private person?

Yes, we also deliver to private individuals.


Why are your products so affordable?

We have made good agreements with a number of leading factories of exhaust parts and catalysts. Because we order larger quantities, we can make sharp purchase prices. All our business processes were then optimized so that we can work very efficiently. All this benefit can be found in our prices.


How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on where the order has to be sent. For the exact amount contact our customer service.


I can't find the right exhaust part, what now?

Can I also pick up an order?

Yes orders can be picked up by appointment at our warehouse: Persingensestraat 8, 6575 JB Persingen, the Netherlands.


Can I return an incorrectly ordered item?

You can return an incorrectly ordered item (excluding sports exhausts). See the Return page for this.


Why can't I return a sports exhaust?

It is not possible to return a sports exhaust, because it is specially made manually per customer.


If the parts do not fit, can I exchange or return them?

You can return or exchange the parts in unused condition within 14 days of receipt. We request that you contact our customer service for this.


I have not received all the items I ordered, what should I do now?

If you have ordered several items and you have not received all items, please contact our customer service. If you have received a wrong item, it is best to contact our customer service. In both cases you must do this within 7 days after receiving your order.


What is the delivery time of the ordered parts?

Your order will be sent as soon as possible after receiving your payment. We have most items in stock. Therefore, as a guideline, you can maintain that if your order and associated payment transaction are received by us before 2 p.m., your order - if available - will be sent the same day. If an item is not in stock, we can usually deliver it within 3 - 5 working days. If there is unexpectedly a longer delivery time, you will always be notified. However, if you want certainty in advance, ask our customer service what the delivery time of a specific item is.


I have not received an order confirmation, what now?

It is possible that the sent order confirmation has ended up in your spam box. If the order confirmation is not visible there, please contact our customer service, we are happy to help.


I forgot to mention the order number with my payment. What should I do?

To properly process your payment and your order, we still need the order number. We therefore request that you contact our customer service. The order number can be found in the order confirmation that you have received from us by email.


I have already paid and my order has not yet been sent. How is that possible?

If you have chosen as a payment method for bank transfer, then depending on your bank, you must take into account a processing time of a few days. As soon as your payment has been received by us, your order will be processed immediately. If you have chosen a different payment method and you have not yet received a message from us, please contact customer service.


Where can I find my account statement?

You can find your account statement when you log in to “my account”. You will immediately see your recent orders. If you want to view an overview of all your orders, click on "my orders".


I have a complaint, where can I report it?

We always try to provide the best possible service and deliver high quality items. Unfortunately it can happen that you nevertheless have a complaint. Please contact our customer service. We will then do our utmost to resolve your complaint satisfactorily.


I have seen an error on the website, where can I report it?

Have you found an error on our website? then we would like to hear from you. Please contact our customer service for this. We appreciate your feedback.


What does the right of withdrawal entail?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. If you have opted for a more expensive method of delivery instead of the standard delivery, we will only reimburse the shipping costs of the standard delivery. The costs for returning from your home to the web store are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, you must provide the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to us. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
