Delivery

After you have placed your order, your order will be collected in our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Your order then will passed on to the courier service. The courier brings your order to the storage location of the district.

Your order will be picked up there and taken to a central sorting center (COP).

From there, the package is sent to the storage location of the relevant area in your area.

The courier will pick up your package there and deliver it to the desired delivery address.

Check immediately after you have received your order, whether the items are undamaged and whether your order is complete. In the unlikely event that this is not the case, we kindly request you to inform our customer service as soon as possible. Do this in any case within 7 days.
