After you have placed your order, your order will be collected in our warehouse in the Netherlands.
This is then passed on to the courier service. The courier brings your order to the storage location of the district.
Your order will be picked up there and taken to a central sorting center (COP).
From there, the package is sent to the storage location of the relevant area in your area.
The courier will pick up your package there and deliver it to the desired delivery address.
Check immediately after you have received your order whether the items are undamaged and whether your order is complete. In the unlikely event that this is not the case, we kindly request you to inform our customer service as soon as possible. You must do this within 7 days after receiving your order.
If you wish to return an item, you must return the undamaged item in (as far as reasonably possible) original condition and packaging to the address below. After receiving the return shipment you will receive a confirmation e-mail and the purchase amount will be settled within 2 weeks.

If you are unable to return the item yourself, you also have the option to have it collected by us. However, there are costs involved. Please contact our customer service for this.
If you want to exchange the item, please contact our customer service. They can then guide you through the procedure to be followed. Please note that you must also pay a new order in advance. For technical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to settle the items with each other.
If an item is unexpectedly defective or damaged, you can choose to return it. We ask you to do the following:
- Contact our customer service
- E-mail us a clear description of the damage or defect.
- Take photos of the damage and / or defect. The damage and / or defect must be clearly visible on at least 1 photo.
- You can send the photos to email@example.com (we recommend that you send your photos as ZIP or JPEG files).
After receiving the photos you will receive a reply as soon as possible about the further processing of your request.
When purchasing items in our shop, you conclude a purchase agreement. You have the option to dissolve this agreement without giving any reason during 14 days (right of withdrawal). To be able to make use of this right, you must make this known by e-mail. You can send this mail to firstname.lastname@example.org The period of 14 days starts on the day after you, or your representative, have received the articles. During this period you will handle the articles and the packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the articles to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the articles. If you do not adhere to this, you are liable for the depreciation of the items that may result. If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the items (possibly with all accessories) to us, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging. You must return the items to us within 7 days after you have indicated that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal. After receiving the items you will receive a confirmation email and we will settle the purchase amount within 14 days.
